AADCAP established the New Division Directors Roundtable (NDDR) to orient new division chiefs in their roles and the organization.  The NDDR focuses on all areas of a child and adolescent psychiatry department including administration, clinical, research, and training & education as well as the nuances, trends, helpful hints, and the "inside scoop."  Typically, the NDDR is held on the front end of AADCAP's annual meeting for three hours.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, the NDDR can be modified to accommodate the need for a shorter schedule or to enable a virtual meeting.

Materials listed below are meant to pre-orient new division chiefs and hopefully inspire questions that can be asked of panelists during the NDDR.
